Development shelved indefinitely.


Hello everyone,

Esko here, the TAG Dev Team lead, I come bearing bad news. 

TAG: Tower Attack Game's development will be shelved until further notice.

This was a difficult decision to make as I have personally invested great time and energy into this project and I truly believe in its potential.  This decision was motivated by me taking steps to secure my personal health and well-being as TAG's production has proven unsustainable at the current time.

TAG's production was going progressing quite well for the past 6 months, but this has been under the caveat that I have had to overwork myself as a consequence of simultaneously studying and working part-time while also developing TAG. To put this into perspective, at the end of those 5 months, I was working 6-7 days per week and spending long nights doing game programming and course work. I tried to take pressure off myself using the means available to me but the powers that be have stymied to my efforts and the situation has proven beyond my control. I've thus had to acknowledge that things weren't  going to get any better and that the current path was one of inevitable self-destruction. Shelving TAG's development was a natural conclusion from that realization.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported TAG so far as the kind words and Steam wishlists given along the way have been instrumental in moving the project forward.

I offer my sincerest apologies to anyone who was anticipating to see TAG progress.
